August 3, 2022 • 3 Minute Read

Today was the final day of Global Touch’s summer internship program. We had three University of California, Berkeley women athletes working for us: Elana Eisenberg (member of Cal Women’s Field Hockey team), Cecilia Crowley (member of Cal Women’s Crew), and Carlie Stipe (member of Cal Women’s Crew). This is the 25th year we have had summer interns and they did not disappoint!

As part of their final day, each delivered a required presentation on a topic related to our business. The topics focused on telemetry, data sovereignty, and the impact of the Russian-Ukraine war on the IT industry. Our colleague, Bill Lipsin, judged the presentations and awarded:

1. Best Content & Insights: Ceci Crowley
2. Best Presentation Effectiveness: Carlie Stipe
3. Best Presenter: Elana Eisenberg

These ladies blew us away! Congratulations on an awesome job!

We are so pleased to have had the opportunity to work with these ladies for the last two months. The world is going to be in good hands with these ladies, and we look forward to watching how they change the world! #GoBears! #BeautyBrawnBrains #CalCameronInst
