Outcomes
The Cisco Partner Profitability Study is the longest running independent IT survey in the IT industry. On behalf of Cisco Systems, Global Touch tracks a range of topics to understand how partners are making money with and investing in Cisco to make money in the future around Cisco with customers’ evolving innovation requirements.

Global Touch teamed up with VMware to rethink how partners engage and invest into their current and future VMware business and capabilities around the world.
Outcomes
Over a three-year period, Global Touch tracked for VMware how its partners were making money with VMware and performing around the world. The results allowed VMware leadership to redirect and enhance investments to achieve business priorities and improve partner revenue predictability. The Stevie® Awards, the world's premier business awards programs, awarded nine Stevie® Awards, to this project in the spring of 2024.
